PROSPER, TX-Crossland Construction Company Inc. has started construction on Eagles Crossing II at 821 N. Coleman in Prosper. The mixed-use development will include an office space measuring 11,000 square feet and a medical space measuring 5,000 square feet.
The medical and office space will be constructed on nearly 42,000 square feet of land. Baylor Health and the City of Prosper have already signed lease deal. The project will be completed in September.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
