TAMPA, FL-William J. Rizzetta of Tampa-based Rizzetta & Co. has started construction on a two-story technology/office building spanning 36,000 square feet in north Tampa. The $5-million project, known as Ashlyn Park, is now under construction at 5020 W. Linebaugh Ave.
Bank of Tampa has financed the Ashlyn Park project. The building is being constructed by Onicx Construction. The project, which is 60% pre-leased, is expected to be opened in January.For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal.
