ARLINGTON, VA-Tishman Speyer Properties LP has acquired a 19-story office tower spanning 392,000 square feet at 1300 North 17th St. in Arlington. The company has purchased the office building from an associate of Beacon Capital Partners, LLC.
Tishman has plans to build a new fitness center and improve the lobby. Terms of the deal were not revealed, but the Wall Street Journal reported in March that the purchase amount was nearly $200 million.
