ATLANTA-AmREIT Inc., a real estate investment company based in Houston, has acquired Brookwood Village, CVS-anchored retail center measuring 28,777 square feet on Peachtree Road in the Buckhead district. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The multitenant retail complex is 96% occupied. Other tenants in the shopping center include Sprint PCS, FedEx/Kinko's and Subway. AmREIT worked together with CB Richard Ellis on the deal.For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
