NEW YORK CITY-An office building within the Upper East Side submarket has reached the sales block. Muss Development has hired CB Richard Ellis to market the six-story, 17,000-square-foot office and retail tower at 1556 Third Avenue.
Duane Reade has recently inked a 20-year lease for 17,000 square feet on the ground floor. Based on recent activity in the area the building could fetch roughly $65 million. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
