
DENVER-The Commissioners of Douglas County Board of County have voted in favor of a rezoning request for the development of a master-planned community called Sterling Ranch. The community will feature 12,050 homes on a 3,400-acre site in northwest Douglas County.
The $4.3-billlion project will also feature a medical center, a sporting complex spanning 100 acres, a high and middle school and five elementary schools. The estimated time of completion for the project is 20 years.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
