
NEW YORK CITY-East End Capital has inked a deal to acquire a 97,000-square-foot office building located at 256 W. 38th Street, between Seventh and Eighth Avenues in the garment district. According to realty sources, the company has paid nearly $27 million or $275 per square foot for the office tower.
