AUSTIN, TX-Hospital Housekeeping Systems has purchased American Youthworks' property, a half block in the Central Business District in downtown Austin. The company closed the acquisition on May 9.
The property, which comprises a three-story office building measuring 17,100 square feet and a warehouse space measuring nearly 20,000 square feet, is situated on East Fourth Street. Frost Bank partly financed the acquisition. Drew Fuller and Benita Dryden of Commercial Texas LLC negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
