CHICAGO-Related Midwest has inked a letter of intent with group of lenders, including Bank of America Corp., to form a joint venture to develop Waterview Tower, an unfinished condominium-and-hotel development at 111 W. Wacker Drive. The failed project is currently owned by the creditors.

The project, originally planned as a 90-story tower, has been deserted since 2008, when an associate of Chicago-based Teng & Associates Inc., the original developer, ran out of fund.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
