
WASHINGTON, DC-Paramount Group Inc. has signed a contract to purchase Liberty Place located 325 Seventh St. NW in Washington, DC. The property is owned by Beacon Capital Partners.
The listed amount for the Penn Quarter office property is about $140 million or nearly $826 per square foot. The office building is 94.2% leased.
