WARRENVILLE, IL-Chicago-based R. R. Donnelley & Sons Co. has purchased a west suburban office building with plans to reduce costs and join some offices. The company has acquired the five-story building spanning 167,215 square feet at 4101 Winfield Road situated in the Cantera business park for $14.67 million.
Chicago-based M & J Wilkow Ltd. purchased the property last June from BP for $9.3 million. CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer, and J. F. McKinney & Associates represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
