GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Shreveport, Louisiana-based Red Ball Oxygen Company Inc. has acquired a 3.48-acre site at 2910 Alouette Drive in Grand Prairie with plans to construct a new facility there. The facility, measuring 20,000 square feet, will be utilized as a distribution center.
Red Ball has purchased the property from Randall Industrial LP. The company has employed Fort Worth-based Component Construction Co. to build its new facility. Michael Newsome with NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the deal on behalf of Red Ball.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
