DAYTONA, FL-Continental Property Services has purchased The Breakers Apartments, a 208-unit garden-style community located in Daytona, for $8.5 million, which translates into $40,865 per unit. Apartment Investment and Management Company, a REIT based in Denver, was the seller of the property. At the time of purchase, the apartment building was 92% occupied.
