WINTER PARK, FL-Forness Properties' Drew Forness has completed two new leasing deals totaling over 3,000 square feet at the University Plaza in Winter Park on behalf of the owner. In the first deal, the UPS Store has inked a lease for 1,200 square feet for five years. In the second deal, Broadway Pizza has signed a lease for 2,000 square feet for 10 years.
