HOUSTON-Grubb & Ellis Co. has closed a lease deal for a retail space in Houston. AFG Kirby has leased a building measuring 9,759 square feet at 4527 Lomitas for a new Twin Peaks Restaurant.
AFG Kirby has leased the building from Lomitas Apartments. The Twin Peaks Restaurant is expected to be opened in August. Alan Chodrow with Chodrow Realty Advisors represented AFG Kirby, while Bill Burge and Mark Lehman with Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Lomitas Apartments in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
