SANTA ANA, CA-Liu Living Trust, an Asian real estate investor, has purchased Lakeside Tower, a 10-story, 216,364-square-foot building at 4 Hutton Centre Drive near the Costa Mesa (55) and San Diego (I-405) freeways in Santa Ana. The investor has acquired the office building for approximately $37 million, or about $170 per square foot.
