HOUSTON-Riverway Retail has brokered a lease deal for a retail space on behalf of Staples, the tenant. Staples has signed a lease for 22,500 square feet of space in the Cypresswood Court Shopping Center in Spring, Texas.
Staples has leased the space from GECMC 2005-C2 Interstate 45. Scott Shillings with Riverway Retail represented Staples, while Vanessa Thon and Micha van Marcke with Page Partners represented the owner in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
