HOUSTON-Colliers International has handled a lease deal in The Woodlands. Talisman Energy USA has enlarged its space in The Woodlands Town Center to 42,838 square feet.
The company has leased additional 27,709 square feet at 4 Waterway Square from The Woodlands Development Co.
