ORLANDO-Grubb & Ellis Company has handled a lease deal for a warehouse/distribution space in Orlando. AAR Airlift Group has expanded its lease at 625 Atlantis Road in Melbourne.
The company has leased an additional 17,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at the Atlantis Road site. The new lease has made AAR Airlift Group to expand its occupation to 42,000 square feet.
