PHOENIX-Phoenix-based Colliers International has closed the sale of two apartment complexes in west Phoenix for $8 million. An entity created by Dallas, Texas-based CNC Investments has sold Canyon Woods Apartments, a 224-unit apartment building at 2524 W. Glenrosa Ave., to Sherman Oaks, California-based Arroyo Woods LLC for $3.1 million.
In the second deal, Miami-based LNR Partners LLC has sold the Sunpoint Apartments, a 152-unit apartment building at 7077 W. McDowell Road, to Los Angeles-based B.H. Management Inc. for $4.9 million.For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal.
