TAMPA, FL-Construction has started on a one-story federal building measuring 42,282 square feet at 5629 Hoover Blvd. near Tampa International Airport. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will move its Tampa field office from West Cypress Street to 5629 Hoover Blvd.
Lease spaces in the building will start at 850 square feet. The government has leased the space for 15 years and it will pay $1,733,562 or $41 per square foot as annual rent. The project will be completed in Q1 2012.For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal.
