BALTIMORE-Developer HTA Development LLC of Columbia will break ground this week on an apartment building, called M on Madison, at the southwest corner of Madison and Howard streets. The $16.5-million, 75-unit apartment building, located south of Maryland General Hospital, is expected to be opened in August 2012.
Baltimore-based Peter Fillat Architects is the designer of the six-story building. The developer has obtained nearly 16.1 million in financing from different sources for the project. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
