BUFFALO, NY-Bill Koessler, the proprietor of Park Lane Catering, has become the new owner of a Buffalo waterfront restaurant, called Harry's Harbour Grille. Koessler's firm, 2192 Niagara Street LLC, has acquired the 15,000-square-foot restaurant and banquet hall from Harbour Place Marine Sales Inc., an entity controlled by Harry Williams, for $1.74 million.
The Williams family will retain the adjoining Harbour Place Marina. Harry's, which will be officially opened on Memorial Day weekend, will be renamed as Aqua.For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First.
