SAN DIEGO-Laurus Corp. based in Los Angeles has closed the purchase of the 174-room DoubleTree Golf Resort located in San Diego. The hacienda-style resort features a meeting space of over 18,000 square feet and an an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course.
An investment vehicle called SD Golf Resort Partners LLC was established to purchase and renovate the resort. The property will undergo renovation works, including upgrading of pool decks, restaurants, spa, the pro shop and the lobby.For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
