DENVER-Mariner Real Estate Management, a branch of Leawood, Kansas-based Mariner Holdings, has purchased a majority of Willits Town Center, a stalled retail project in Basalt, for $9 million. Willits Town Center, a multi-use community situated midway between Glenwood Springs and Aspen, has been delayed since 2008.
Mariner Real Estate Management will control the investment in order to complete the project, which includes 470 residential units and condos, 280,000 square feet of office, entertainment and retail space, and 155 single-family homes.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
