ORANGE PARK, FL-Rudy Thai, a fast food Thai concept managed by Innovated Restaurant Group, will open its first restaurant at the Orange Park Mall in Northeast Florida. The restaurant concept will open its new restaurant later this year in 418 square feet of space at the Simon Property Group Inc.-owned mall.
