ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has brokered a lease renewal deal for an office space in Miami. TLC Engineering for Architecture has renewed its lease with Metropolitan Life Insurance for six years for an office space measuring 7,378 square feet at 5757 Blue Lagoon Drive.
NAI Realvest's Paul P. Partyka, along with George Livingston and Christie Alexander, has negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant, while Brian Gale from Taylor & Mathis' Miami office represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
