CHICAGO-Jim Machniak and Eric Mazzone have inked a lease for nearly 4,600 square feet in a three-floor building located at 688 N. Milwaukee Avenue in West Town to house their first Urban Orchards store, a boutique grocery store. The lease runs for six years. Alexander Pearsall is the owner of the building.
