NEW YORK CITY-Actimize Inc. is expanding its operation in the garment district. The firm has inked a lease for 10 years for 24,200 square feet on the entire ninth floor of 1359 Broadway.
The company has also renewed its 23,570-square-foot lease on the fifth floor of the 487,270-square-foot building. Asking rent was $50 per square foot. Michael Beyda with Benchmark Properties represented the tenant, while Brian Waterman and Jonathan Fanuzzi with Newmark Knight Frank represented W&H Properties, the landlord, in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
