
ARLINGTON, VA-The Arlington County Board has approved a $4-million loan to help a nonprofit developer purchase an apartment community in Arlington. The loan will help Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing to purchase Marbella Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 134 units at 1301 N. Queen St.
Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing is also entering into an agreement with the Virginia Housing Development Authority to secure nearly $10 million for the $13-million acquisition of Marbella Apartments. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
