HONOLULU-MW Group Ltd. will break ground on The Plaza rental assisted-living community in Moanalua on May 20. The Plaza at Moanalua, a 107,000-square-foot assisted-living facility with 156 beds at 1280 Moanalualani Place, will serve seniors with moderate income.
Honolulu-based The Plaza Assisted Living will be the operator of new six-story building. Sound Building Systems Hawaii Inc. is the contractor and Wattenbarger Architects is the architect of the project.
