SAN DIEGO-The trustees of California State University have sanctioned plans for a mixed-use retail and student housing development beside San Diego State University. The new development, called Plaza Linda Verde, will house nearly 1,600 students and a restaurant, grocery store and other retain shops.
The first phase of the development will comprise housing for 600 students and nearly 45,000 square feet of retail shops, and the second phase will include housing for 1,000 students and a 45,000-square-foot retail space.For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
