WINTER PARK, FL-Forness Properties has completed two Central Florida deals totaling over 3,000 square feet. In the first deal, the Crazy Cafe Japanese Restaurant has inked a deal for 1,500 square feet in the Shops at Foxwood, an Ocala shopping center anchored by Publix, for five years.
In the second deal, Maxpoint Investments has purchased a condominium unit measuring 1,843 square feet in the Oviedo Professional Center from RBC Bank. The bank was represented by Forness Properties.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
