NEW YORK CITY-Hudson Bay Capital Management is moving from 120 Broadway to 777 Third Ave. The hedge fund has leased 13,055 square feet at 777 Third Ave. for five years.
The asking rent for the space was $65 per square foot. The 38-story tower, which measures 625,000 square feet, is co-owned by the Travelers Cos. and the Kaufman Organization.
