PLANO, TX-Georgia-based Internap Network Services Corp. has leased a vacant commercial building in Plano. The company has leased the former TeleVista Co. call center building spanning 125,030 square feet at 1221 Coit Road near State Highway 190.
Behringer Harvard Short Term Opportunity Fund I LP, which owns a 90% stake in the two-story structure, had leased the building for 129 months. The new tenant will occupy the property towards the end of this year or beginning of next year.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
