MIAMI-Javier Cervera, a realty investor, has purchased his partner's stake in a joint venture that owned a street-level retail space measuring 20,000 square feet and seven condominiums at 1800 Biscayne Plaza for $7 million. Cervera also bought the debt on the properties. The 22-floor condominium building 1800 Biscayne Plaza is located at 275 N.E. 18th Street.
