TAMPA, FL-Florid-based partnership has sold the Sandanay and Stonehenge, an apartment community comprising 100 units at 13132 North 19th Street in Tampa, for $2.5 million. Luis Baez and Casey Babb, who serve at the Tampa office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, handled the marketing of the property.
