PLEASANTON, CA-MegaPath, a telecommunications company based in San Jose, is relocating nearly 153 workers to an office complex in Pleasanton. The company has agreed to lease 26,000 square feet at Bernal Corporate Plaza on Bernal Road.
The two-building office complex is situated near Interstate 680. MegaPath will move to its new office space in August. Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle handled the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune.
