MEMPHIS-Lloyd and Patti Phelps with Memphis-based Phelps Security Inc. have acquired the old Roebuck Auctions building from Clarksdale, Mississippi-based Covenant Bank for an amount of $725,000. The Class B office building, which measures 9,500 square feet, is located at 4932 Park Ave.
The property, which sits on a 1.15-acre site, was previously owned by John and Glenda Roebuck. Bill Briggs of Banyon Tree Realtors represented the buyers. Andrew Philips of Colliers International was the listing agent of the property.For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
