NEW YORK CITY-Qualcomm has subleased its 5,600 square feet of space on the 24th floor of the 1 Rockefeller Plaza to Cornwall Capital. The lease runs for 2.5 years and the asking rent was $45 per square foot. The office tower is located between the West 49th and West 48th Streets.
