ORLANDO-Tampa-based Blue Rock Partners, LLC has partnered with Deerfield Beach-based Konover South, LLC to purchase Sutton Place Apartment Homes, a 288-unit apartment complex near North Forsyth Road and University Boulevard in Winter Park. The partnership has acquired the apartment community for about $18.2 million.
Blue Rock Partners has plans to invest $2.1 million in renovation. It will re-brand and market the property as The Park at Sutton Place. It is the fifth acquisition in 25 months for the partnership.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
