NEW YORK CITY-The Textile Arts Center, a Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn-based outfit, will open storefront in Greenwich Village. The company has singed a lease for 10 years with Return to Home for about 900 square feet of space at 26 W. Eighth St. situated between Fifth Avenue and MacDougal Street.
