BRIDGEWATER, MA-Three new tenants have inked leasing deals totaling 17,307 square feet at One Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater. New York Life Insurance has inked a 6,524-square-foot lease, While Bank of America has renewed its 5,100-square-foot lease and United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has leased 5,683 square feet.
