SEATTLE-Schnitzer West, a developer based in Seattle, has list two downtown Seattle office towers on the market for sale. The developer has put 1918 Eighth, a 36-story building, and 818 Stewart, a 14-story tower on the Denny Triangle block, for sale last week.
The two buildings total nearly 900,000 square feet. Amazon.com leased 460,000 square feet of office space at 1918 Eighth. The online retailer will move to the new location in July.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
