DALLAS-Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has inked a deal to turn two old Albertsons stores, which total 119,900 square feet, into Neighborhood Market stores. The 64,300-square-foot facility in Frisco and the 55,600-square-foot building in Flower Mound will be renovated soon.
Wal-Mart has also plans to open more Neighborhood Market stores ranging from 40,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet. Venture Commercial represented the landlord in the two deals and the tenant in the Frisco deal.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
