AUSTIN, TX-The Austin Independent School District has listed two of its properties on the market for sale. Price tags for two properties total $39.5 million.
AISD has listed its five-building administrative headquarters totaling 128,000 square feet at 1111 W. Sixth St. for $32 million and the Hyde Park property totaling 66,000 square feet at 3908 Avenue B for $7.5 million. The targeted date for conforming bids is August 15.
