PITTSBURG, CA-The city is planning to contribute $1.3 million in redevelopment to outfit an Asian fusion eatery and reduce the rent for an Italian cafe. The Asian fusion venture will occupy 3,360 square feet on the ground-floor space of the Vidrio complex on Railroad Avenue.
Blue Delta, the operator, will pay nearly $48,000 per year and $885 per month as monthly maintenance for the space. The city is also slicing the La Veranda restaurant's rent from $8,454 to $5,833 per month.For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune.
