NEW YORK CITY-Book retailer Barnes & Noble has extended its lease for 22,178 square feet in a retail building located at 70-00 Austin Street in Forest Hills. Asking rent for the space was $75 per square foot. Muss Development is the owner of the retail property.
In the deal, Don Kuszmar, who serves as northeast real estate director at Barnes & Noble, negotiated on behalf of the retailer, while Muss Development was represented internally by Stan Markowitz.For the full story, go to New York Post.
