GAINESVILLE, VA-BJ's Wholesale Club will occupy 79,000 square feet at The Promenade at Virginia Gateway, a retail center spanning 300,000 square feet near the Interstate 66/Route 29 interchange in Gainesville. The Promenade is the Virginia Gateway project's fifth phase and it is scheduled to open in 2012.
The Peterson Cos. is the developer of the project. BJ's is expected to be opened in late 2011. George Galloway with Next Realty negotiated the deal on behalf of BJ's.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
