JACKSONVILLE, FL-Jacksonville-based CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. has closed a multifamily property deal in the Jacksonville area. Philadelphia-based GoldOller Real Estate Investments has acquired Silver Springs, an apartment complex consisting of 432 units on St. Johns Bluff Road, from Chicago-based Equity Residential for $24.6 million.
The 29-building complex was constructed in 1985. This was the first Jacksonville purchase for GoldOller. Dhaval Patel and Dan Allen of CB Richard Ellis handled the sale.For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal.
